REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Any natural or legal person who registers during a visit to the website as a potential contracting party of Etilux communicates his or her personal data to Etilux by registration.

Registration implies explicit consent to the processing of their identification data in the Etilux data file. Only legal entities or natural persons with full legal capacity and authority to act may register.

During the registration process, the natural or legal person defines a login name and a password which is validated by Etilux. This information is confirmed by Etilux sending a summary e-mail to the customer.

Apart from the rules imposed by the RGPD, the customer is responsible for the confidentiality, the security and the actual use of his login and password. Any use of the user name and password of a certain customer is assumed to have been made by that customer.

Etilux may temporarily or permanently prevent the use of the user name and password if it appears that the customer is in breach of one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

You do not have to provide us with your personal data in order to use most of our website.

For the purposes mentioned below, Etilux SA may collect and process the following categories of personal data about you
