The material and the adhesive
Depending on your applications, there are different materials: vellum paper, coated paper, vinyl, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, matte or glossy paper.
The adhesive can be permanent reinforced, permanent, repositionable, removable, for food contact when the label is in direct contact with the product (ex: labels on an apple).
There are different printing techniques. Rendering and UV resistance are different depending on the technique used. The choice of printing technique also varies according to the graphic complexity of your visual. Flexography and screen printing are used for full color while digital printing is reserved for four-color printing (full color) for small or large series.
