INSTALLATION SERVICE

The technical service offered by our 'Traceability Solutions' department is responsible for installing the most complex elements on site and can also, upon request, manage the installation and pre-configuration of products, such as your printers and terminals.

After the installation of the hardware, the department offers training on the use of the hardware installed, on site or at our offices in Liège. This is by appointment only.

INSTALLATION OF WAREHOUSES

Regardless of your sector, it is essential that the organisation of your warehouse is as effective as possible. That is why our team of experts is at your service to advise you and guide you based on your expectations and requirements, in order to offer you a traceability solution that satisfies your production requirements. Together, we will optimise your identification process, thanks to our experience with bar-code reading and printing solutions, technical labels, industrial marking and the inspection and securing of installations.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

We take care of the repair and maintenance of your hardware in our workshops or on site. In addition, we offer you, where possible, replacement hardware for the duration of the repairs.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

In addition to telephone assistance (04/224.99.73), we can take control of your machines or your system remotely, via tools such as TeamViewer or SOTI. This means that our technician does not need to visit your site and you save on travel costs.
