DELIVERY COSTS

  • In Belgium: For all orders above 250 € VAT excluded, delivery costs are FREE. Below this amount, the costs are 12,50 € without VAT.

  • In the European Union (+ Switzerland and Norway): For customers in the European Union (+ Switzerland and Norway), delivery costs are free if you exceed an order amount set according to your country of delivery. If the amount of your shipment does not exceed this amount, a fixed delivery fee (per country of delivery) is added to your order. Shipping costs below this amount are scaled according to the weight and volume of the items you order! (Offer valid outside Belgium and Luxembourg). This measure will allow you to reduce your shipping costs on your orders of small amount.
To view your delivery conditions, choose your country in the upper module - country. According to your choice, the minimum amount per shipment and the fixed delivery costs will be displayed in the summary of your cart.

  • Outside the European Union: For countries outside the European Union and the French overseas departments and territories, a request for shipping costs must be submitted. We guarantee you an answer within 48 hours.

Indeed, this request for estimate pushes us to find for you the best quality/price ratio near our partners. Our team will look for the best transport solution adapted to your purchase.

RETURNS

HOW TO PROCEED TO RETURN GOODS ?

First of all, contact us either by fax or by mail. We will give you your return merchandise order number.

1ST CASE : THE ERROR WAS MADE BY ETILUX

Conditions of return:

You have received the goods and introduced your complaint within 8 days according to our sales conditions.

A. THE ARTICLE IS STANDARD AT ETILUX

If the article is in its original intact packaging and has not been used, we will take it back and check the condition of the package. We will exchange or replace the goods or send you a credit note.

If the package is opened and the item is used, we cannot take the item back and we cannot send you a credit note.

B. THE ARTICLE IS NOT STANDARD AND ETILUX'S FAULT IS PROVEN

We take back the goods and replace them.

2ND CASE: THE MISTAKE WAS MADE BY YOUR COMPANY

Conditions of return:

If the article is in its original intact packaging and has not been used, you can return the article to Etilux (42, rue de l'Espérance, 4000 LIEGE) at your expense.

A. THE ARTICLE IS STANDARD AT ETILUX

If the article is in its original intact packaging and has not been used, we take it back and check the condition of the package. We will send you a credit note with a deduction of 10% of the total amount, for administrative costs.

B. THE ARTICLE IS NOT STANDARD AT ETILUX AND MUST HAVE BEEN SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED FOR YOUR COMPANY

We cannot take it back.

3RD CASE: THE ARTICLE HAS A QUALITY PROBLEM


Send us a written description of the problem. This will be submitted to the Quality Department for analysis.

In all cases, please make sure that the goods are repacked in a cardboard box so that they are not damaged during transport. This box must be clearly marked with our address : Etilux S.A, rue de l'Espérance, 42, 4000 Liège.
