Shipments and returns

How to return goods ?

Before everything, contact us by fax or by e-mail. We will communicate you your goods return form numer.

1st instance : the mistake has been committed by Etilux

Buyback conditions :
You took delivery of the goods and introduced your complaint within 8 days after our general sales conditions.

A. It is an Etilux standard item

If the item is in its original packaging, intact and unused.

  • We take back and control the state of the package.
  • We exchange or replace the merchandise
  • We send you a credit note

If the packaging is openend and the product utilized

  • We can not take back the item that can not be sold back
  • We can send you a credit note

B. It is not a standard article and Etilux responsibility is prooved

We take back the merchandise and we replace it

2nd instance : your company made a mistake

Buyback conditions :
If the item is in its original packaging, intact and has not been utilized, you can turn it back to Etilux (42, rue de l'Espérance, 4000 LIEGE) at your expenses.

A. It is an Etilux standard item

If the item is in its original packaging, intact and unused.

  • We take it back and control the package state
  • We send you a credit note with a price reduction of 10% of the total amount, for administrative fees.

B. It is not an Etilux standard Item and it was especially built for your company

  • We can not take it back

3rd instance : the quality of the item

Send us your writing with a description of the problem. This problem will be exposed to our Quality of Service to be analysed.

In every instance, please watch out for packaging the merchandise in a cardboard box in order to avoid damages during carriage. This box must clearly be branded with our adress: Etilux S.A, rue de l’Espérance, 42, 4000 Liège.
