This clear 3M Adhesion Promoter AP 111 optimizes the adhesion strength on classically difficult to b ond surfaces such as metal and paint. It is equipped with a solvent system based on isopropyl alcoho l. It dries very quickly and does not produce any offensive odours. This product can be used in an e nvironment with normal or cold temperature. To save time and effort for the user, this product acts as a primer in some applications. Its adhesion is done in one step and it also facilitates the clean ing. This product is a fast acting isopropyl alcohol based solution. It is especially manufactured t o optimize the adhesion of 3M ™ VHB ™ tapes. It works well on high surface energy substrates includi ng painted surfaces, metals and galvanized steel.
