Penloc GT are bicomponent acrylic-based structural adhesives
These are multi purpose adhesives that sticks on most materials: metal, plastics, glass, wood, composites ecc. Flexible, excellent vibrations, shocks and peeling resistance. Easy application : fillet superposition or mixing in order to obtain volume or transparency.

- Excellent traction and shearing resistance ;
- Flexible : very high schocks and vibrations resistance ;
- Very high heating resistance (bonding before powder painting).

Superposition application:
Superposition application: the most utilized because it enables to realize bonding without using static mixers. The polymerization triggers by the simple contact between the component A and the component B after displaying the parts to seal (holding pression). The nozzle is used to obtain a precise deposit (the nozzle is easy to clean and to reuse).
Mix application :
Mix application for:
1. the bondings when there are important plays (> to 0,3 mm) ;
2. the filling (ex : fill-in holes) ;
3. translucent bondings (thin films).
For the realization of small precision bondings and to avoid adhesive excesses, we can adapt a needle at the end of the deposit nozzles or at the static mixers.
